Beware of Germs in Ice Cream

In summer temperatures lure ice cream and ice cubes. Proper handling of the food is important because even cold foods can be germ-laden and cause stomach ache.

What you like to forget: Even in ice can be bacteria that trigger food poisoning in the worst case. Therefore ice cream manufacturers and sellers must comply with strict hygiene rules. An important rule also for the private handling of the food is: once melted ice does not freeze again. As bad as it may be – the liquefied dessert is best used in biowaste.
